The in-house project management structure of Flournoy Construction has been developed from our over forty years of experience in the construction industry. Our structure was assembled to meet the challenges associated with the management of multiple projects efficiently. By working together and taking ownership in our projects, we can produce the highest quality product available within a reasonable budget, on a timely schedule, to exceed the client's needs and expectations thereby maximizing profitability for the client and for our construction company.

Each senior vice-president leads a team of skilled project managers, each providing direction for multiple jobs. These senior vice-presidents provide a mentoring role that aids in developing the future leaders in our company through the passing on of knowledge gleaned from of many years of experience in the construction industry.

Within the company project managers lead the construction teams, assembled of capable superintendents, assistant superintendents and quality control managers that construct the best projects possible. Providing in-house support as well as managing contracts and purchasing, it is the project manager's job to ensure the harmonious coordination of costs, labor, and production on each of our jobs.

This assemblage of skilled employees enables our company to focus on each of our projects individually while maintaining a home atmosphere where information and knowledge is shared throughout the company.
