John F. Flournoy has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the founding of the Company in 1967. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Business School and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, in which he served as a fighter pilot. Mr. Flournoy is a past president of the United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley; he has served on the Boys and Girls Club Board for over 35 years, and has been Chairman of the Columbus Gateways Committee since 1981.

Paul L. Wieczorek is a graduate of Columbus State University and has been employed by Flournoy Companies since 1985. He oversees the management company, including its infrastructure, and is actively engaged in the property management.

R. Dennis O’Riley joined Flournoy Properties in 2009 and is responsible for operations, business development and customer service; directing the marketing, sales, training and field operations for the company’s portfolio of over 45 conventional and affordable communities (12,000+ units). He previously held key leadership positions with Apartment Investment and Management Company, Public Storage, and Ryder System and is a graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Lance J. Broach attended Albany Junior College and has been employed by Flournoy Properties in various capacities since 1980. He is responsible for all support functions relating to capital, maintenance and landscaping on existing properties, as well as new construction.

Mike Dickerson has been employed by Flournoy Properties in various capacities since 1983. Mike provides maintenance technical support to all existing properties. He also works with the development and construction teams to provide quality control on new developments.

Scott McDavid has been a member of the Flournoy Properties team since 1981. He provides strategic oversight and training for the landscaping division, reviews and approves new landscape and irrigation plans and inspects work in progress. Scott is a graduate of Troy State University.

Debbi joined Flournoy Properties in 1979 and has over 30 years property management experience. She is currently the New Development Marketing Coordinator; responsible for planning, coordinating and supporting the company’s new development and lease up communities.

Jack Lee joined Flournoy Properties in 1999 and has more than 27 years of multifamily property management experience. He currently directs the daily operations of 10 affordable and conventional communities ( 2000 apartments) in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina. He is a graduate of Arlington Baptist College.

Reneé League joined Flournoy Properties in 2001 and has more than 20 years of retail and multifamily management experience. Renee leads the sales organization, providing training and support as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.

Nancy Martin joined Flournoy Properties in 1993 and has more than 16 years of multifamily property management experience. She currently directs the daily operations of 8 affordable and conventional communities ( 1800 apartments) in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Jennifer Berndt is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design and has been employed in various capacities with Flournoy Properties since 2005. She oversees the Marketing Department and is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for new developments, providing marketing support for all properties as well as continuing company wide marketing efforts.

Pat Stovall joined Flournoy Properties in 2009 and has more than 30 years of multifamily property management experience. She currently directs the daily operations of 9 conventional communities ( 3000+ apartments) in Texas and Kansas.

Sue joined Flournoy Properties in 1990 and has nineteen years in property management experience. She is currently the Director of Training, responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing training to all communities.
